This position is a bridge between the Brazilian sales department and the finance, legal, IT and costumer service teams in Brazilian and UK. It covers all the administrative work demanded by the sales team, specially considering governmental bodies contract processes. It is expected from this position a sense of organization to work with Brazilian and UK sales system, issuing contracts and organizing invoices and keeping a tracker of all sales paperwork status. The double entry of all contracts on both the Salesforce Brazil system and Salesforce UK system; Issue all contracts and organize the invoice process for all contracts generated by the Brazil sales team; Assistance on debtor’s reports with Brazilian and UK teams; Assistance with clients – helping with system issues and chasing debtors Assistance on the show set up (prices and products) in both systems; Post Show Report production to be shared with clients.
