Requisitos: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (Postgraduate in Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Projects is a plus); • Considerable experience in Maintenance Management roles; • Experience in change management and driving performance improvements; • Knowledge of Lean, WCM, and Industry 4.0 tools; • Proficiency in English and ability to work in a multicultural environment; • Knowledge of safety, environmental legislation, and Volvo Group values. Atividades: • Lead the Maintenance Engineering team and drive team development; • Ensure machinery and assembly line functionality using Professional Maintenance (PM) methodologies; • Optimize spare parts and equipment systems to meet plant needs; • Actively engage in global maintenance networks and align with global strategies; • Manage Maintenance KPIs and ensure alignment with plant priorities; • Develop maintenance plans and implement best practices; • Oversee preventive maintenance with a focus on Early Equipment Management (EEM); • Support Manufacturing Engineering with technical solutions for new projects; • Lead problem-solving initiatives and promote continuous improvement; • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
